The staff were great at all times.

I had an excellent stay here. the hotel provided a great base for enjoying a relaxing area, close to the Gold Coast. the location was peaceful and pleasant, just a 5-minute walk from Memorial Park.

It was in a central setting in the creek behind. We had lunch in Jimbo's Quality Seafood, located nearby.

I had a fantastic experience here, everything was wonderful, the location was excellent not far from closest restaurant, Mount Isa and Mt. Isa town centre. The private parking was on-site, amazing service. Plus their wifi was free.

The room was newly decorated and quite spacious, featuring a microwave and a large bathroom, along with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. the hotel is conveniently located very close to downtown and the Mt. Isa town center.

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and clean with high-quality bedding, air conditioning, and a TV. Basic kitchen equipment such as a kettle and microwave was provided, which allowed me to make my own simple meals. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful with local information and advice on places to visit. The location was convenient, close to the downtown area with plenty of parking space.

That there were limited food options nearby, especially on Sundays. The closest supermarkets were closed on weekends, and convenience stores nearby were overpriced.

Stayed here on a recent city trip, the location was perfect, close to shops and quiet at night. the room was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, offering a shuttle bus service and free Wi-Fi. the pool and BBQ areas were great, perfect for relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. the laundry facilities were very convenient.

The noise from other guests sitting outside their rooms was a bit disturbing at times, and the shared amenities could have been cleaned more thoroughly. But overall, the positive experience definitely outweighed the negative aspects.
